Analytical procedures for biological data science

This book contains documentation of various analyses performed by its owner (Mark C. Derbyshire) whilst interrogating large biological datasets. The documentation covers routine bioinformatic procedures, scripts for supercomputing and general statistical tests. It also goes into detail regarding certain issues encountered when running softwares with different versions of other softwares or in different programming environments.

Aim: To give the author, and any interested parties, a reference point when carrying out procedures that might otherwise be difficult upon first attempt or following a long period between attempts.
